01Who we are
homebuild To confirm legal entity name, state of organization and mailing address runs homebuild.ai and the homebuild service.
By using either, you agree to these terms. If you use homebuild for a company, you agree for that company too.
02The service
- Builders subscribe under an order form and our customer agreement, which set the price, term and service levels. To confirm customer agreement and order form
- Families and the people they invite use a board a builder runs for them. The builder decides who is on a board and what happens to it.
- homebuild.ai is our own website. Booking a demo commits you to nothing.
03Accounts
- Sign-in uses one-time links and short codes. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep it secure.
- Builders are responsible for who they add to their team and what their team does.
- Tell us right away if you think someone got into an account.
04What you add
- It stays yours. Photos, notes, messages and plans belong to you or your builder, not to us.
- What you let us do: store, process and show it only to run, secure and improve homebuild, as our privacy policy and the builder’s contract allow.
- What you promise: you have the right to add it, and it breaks no law and no one else’s rights.
05Fair use
Please don’t:
- break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or harass anyone;
- try to get into accounts or information that aren’t yours, or test our security without permission;
- scrape, overload or disrupt homebuild, or send spam through it;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer homebuild, or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend access that puts homebuild, builders or families at risk, and we’ll tell you why when we can.
06AI features
- homebuild uses AI to suggest rooms and captions for photos, summarize rooms, and write a private brief for the builder’s team.
- AI can be wrong. It’s labeled on screen, and it doesn’t decide anything about anyone. Check anything that matters.
07What’s ours
- homebuild’s software, design, name and logo belong to us. Using homebuild doesn’t give you rights to them.
- Product screens on homebuild.ai show a made-up builder and sample data.
- Ideas and feedback are welcome. We may use them without owing you anything.
08Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why. On a builder’s board, the builder’s privacy notice comes first.
09Fees and ending
- Builders pay what their order form says. To confirm billing, renewal and refund terms
- Builders can end as their order form allows. Anyone can stop using homebuild.ai at any time.
- We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
- When a builder leaves, we return their boards on request, then delete them as our privacy policy describes.
10Disclaimers and liability
- homebuild is provided “as is.” To confirm warranty disclaimer
- homebuild isn’t a contract, an estimate or design advice. Plans, prices and timelines come from your builder.
- As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to To confirm cap, for example fees paid in the last 12 months, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11Changes
We’ll post changes here and update the date at the top. For a significant change, we’ll tell builders ahead of time. To confirm notice period
